Nearly (effectively all) all sources of regeneration can be stacked together. I believe the only exception is Trolls do not benefit from troll leather armour, though there may be other extremely niche cases.

Get the dsfix patch to make the PC port of DkS 1 a whole lot better. (might need a 360 controller emulator program so your gamepad doesn't suck).
