Only reason not to quaff potion of experiance, is to have full experiance. Improved armor, dodging and fighting. Only thing that can be unknown can be weapon you are going to use, if you are draconian what spell schools you are going to focus into. But honestly you'll find ok weapon for every weapon...

Well that would make poison pretty much useless, i think. Toxic radiance would give swiftness to every monster in your loss, making it extreamly dangerous except if you are already in corridor. Anyway I don't think i would use poison anymore if it made monsters faster, it already kills monsters slow...

I'd suggest we add 1 more tier of poison, which is not capable of killing you. Once poison damage is roughly just bit more than your average hp gain, poison should become incapable of killing. Generally dying to poison is only annoying when you just barely die to it (especially in early game)

Friend I know who has played more. So after int is 20 buffing dex isn't bad idea? Anyway the difference between 1% and 0% is possibility of fuck up, even though it's small, but i guess it doesn't matter as much with offensive spells.

Can boggarts summon uniques?

I was fighting 3 boggarts, i quickly poisoned and killed them, but i think one of them summoned frances before i could kill them. Frost giant and merfolk also appeared to the room, and none of these had purple dot in the corner of the icon which indicates summon.
