If you're not a naga and you're not wielding an axe you should absolutely always retreat to a 1-wide corridor before fighting groups of enemies.

Having more weapons with min-delays other than 0.7 could also change the relative value of brands like elec/disto/pain more. Currently it's just "0.7? elec good. <0.7? elec gooder". It might be nice to have some longer-delay weapons where elec is actually noticeably worse than e.g. freezing.

In general, having a god who runs entirely off evocations skill and makes all those items stronger seems likely to cause problems - it's desirable for evocations skill to be a reasonable investment without the god, so a god just focusing on evocations ends up making that one skill doubly effective....
