After thinking about it, I think making charms undesirable around 5 monsters is a bad idea for exactly the same reason that making flight undesirable around 3 monsters is, it just becomes this weird cognitive burden on the player to remember to not cast a charm in front of them, while casting charms...

I'm a little confused as to what you're saying; is it that having both eveningstars and demonwhips are a problem? If so, why is it a problem, and why isn't it a problem shared by LB (with demon blades and double blades)?
