Re: Immutable Laws of the Dungeon of Zot

OOOO, New a New Necro'd Plaything! Time for the 'Dying From Poison Law' - which doesn't seem to have been mentioned in some form here yet! When you are dying from Poison and have Unidentified Potions in your Inventory, you will: Die before you quaff the Potion of Curing/Potion of Heal Wounds that sa...

Re: Suggest a combo to the person above you

I'm not sure if I killed myself or if the Kobold killed me, but either way I died to poison... It looks like the kobold took you to 1 HP before you started to quaff-ID potions. Had you found a potion of curing or heal wounds, you'd have made it, but even if you hadn't quaffed that poison potion, yo...

Re: Suggest a combo to the person above you

Have I told you that I haven't won a single mummy yet or even get one above lvl 20 on the rare occasions I manage to clear Lair & Orc? MuAs didn't go very well. :/ Anyway, to the person above, HONe. :D I suppose more practice on Webtiles can't hurt, or on Necromancers for that matter. Edit: Dun...

Re: Suggest a combo to the person above you

Thread Necromancy? Not as fun as the real thing. Have some fun with a MfNe. I gave the Merfolk a whirl on Webtiles -wanted to explore the Online Interface a bit more before I give it a serious go. Here's the Morgue file - didn't make it very far but I still played it and figured out how to find it ...

Re: Twilight's Uber Amazing Guides!

Should note that Venom Mages are like the Red Mages from Final Fantasy - They have all the 'Zing' but they fizzle out too quick later on.

In relation to the casters though, they are all good and pretty well balanced now really - they all equally suck in some way.

Hey all, I figured I had a question I wanted to ask, though this thread is sort of similar to the concept so I figured I was use the magic of Thread Necromancy. Anyhow, First, let's bring up the things asked in this thread of Demographics... With the one question I add onto it that I wonder about an...

In regards to profanity - Yes, there is a purpose to it, but I don't want to see it used all the time. Apologies to anyone reading my post but here's where I start using the profanity. My reference is in regards to a mature gaming group for Battlefield that was called 'Fuck The World'. Somewhere alo...

Re: Do you branch into bad aptitude spell schools?

Some characters can do well with skills or spell schools they have bad aptitudes in. For example, I'm currently playing with a Felid, and even though it has bad aptitudes in Conjurations and Elemental Magic, I'm doing a fairly good job just blasting my way through (I just picked up my 3rd rune today...

As you can see, I find most of them male. I can see where your coming from, as for the most part I think that way as well, unless something sounds flat out Female about the gods, (can anyone here say that they think Sif Muna has ANY sort of Male Quality about her, or that her description gives off ...

Erm, almost everything in there is correct except it wasn't 'generally addictive', but more so it was a complete turn off.

Re: I strayed to Diablo 3 for a bit...

I played Diablo III casually since it's release, but I'll probably be letting one of my friends who has yet to purchase it play it. I do like some of the things they did - like identifying items had become stupid in Diablo II and Diablo III they just made it so you can identify them, and they incorp...

My opinion - Unless the Deformed Body is seriously effecting your character where it could get you killed and there isn't some preventative you currently possess that can offset it; I would save the Cure Mutations Potions until the Bad Mutations start to really pile up or you get one that is really ...

The only spell I use is Beastly Appendage, and I don't really know how much it enhances my unarmed combat, and dread somebody here telling me "not at all," which I fear may be true. If you are using only BA on TrTm then you may as well be a berserker. First - "Not at all". Beast...

I'm currently playing a FeVM. The build works quite well since poison can be inflicted on an enemy you can play 'keep away' and Mephitic cloud can work well to make up for your poor health and lack of armor. I also branched into Fire Magic later and while Sticky Flame requires you to jump into Melee...

In Assessing Threats I generally go by whether the monster is 'Dangerous' or 'Very Dangerous', and if the Wiki is telling me that the monster is going to be exceeding dangerous. I good example of this as I'm writing this post is Saint Roka. I actually had read about it being dangerous on the Wiki, b...

[*]Do you use autoexplore? Early on I do, later on I tend to do so less. Most dangerous ranged monster...
