I always memorize it but never actually use it.

Invis also makes it even more awful except that most players have Sinv by that point.
Other than that the rogue's permanent buff should probably be stronger. Permanent invisibility doesn't mean much when he already has an invis spell.

Not any more. it used to be that "rHellfire" was represented by 4 pips of fire resistance, but at some point it was moved to its own flag.

You could reduce the riposte chance to compensate but then you're reducing the appeal of the 2h longblades.
