Yes next time don't train earth magic and spellcasting up 20ish without reason. and don't train so high anyway at that point of the game. Don't train poison at all with a char like this, it provides no benefits. Train fighting (I'd say also a bit of armor also with a gr and dodging with other ones)....

Well actually with Gn... There's no need to not wear heavy armour: of the spells you posted only LCS isn't easibly castable in heavy armor a 3 runes game without wiz\ash\chei\etc. All the others are gradually castable in plate: roughly, lv.4 are castable before end Dungeon\Lair, lv.5 by lair branch....

I'd add that I while is understandable that a TrNe^Chei has to spread skill training much more than a normal Tr, and that dodging is good with chei, having fighting at 1.8 at that deep with a Tr while having many other skills at higher level is still very bad thing.

Yes the haste thing is a buff to gozag in end\post-end game. Plus his passive aura his quite appreciable even against strong demons and I guess the bribe branch is good to dive hells (never tried personally) or as unreliable panic button
