Stabbers already instakill everything and if they fail their stealth checks have plenty of ways to put the target back in instakilling mode.
Besides short blades kill people just fine even if they're aware of your presence.

You should train dex instead of str when you get the choice and wear that faith amulet you just dropped instead of cons, since faith is generally one of the best amulets by far. If you have enough skill, your failure rate doesn't go up. Looking at the shield should tell you "Becoming more skilled with this shield can help you cast spells and dodge attacks better" or "Becoming more skilled with this shield will not help you cast spells and dodge attacks."...

new ?vorp needs a change of course but itemdest is for the largest part completely avoidable and heavily encourages a very annoying play style.

Parrow is already much more direct damage than poison magic deserves. Entering a deeper level to get food is a ridiculous and dangerous idea and almost never even remotely necessary.

Grab a whip or dagger or anything fast with a good brand and hit people with it.
