Kiku is good mostly because of corpse delivery. Raise an undead army on every level, and replace them as they die. I think it works best if you lead the army and tank for them, not hide in the background. (If you have no animate dead nor simulacrum that is a cruel joke of the game. Most unfortunate....

Switching from one of the best gods (Kiku) to one of the worst (Chei) - yes, I would call it silly.

Are you using Kiku's corpse delivery (and then animate dead or simulacrum or something) often enough? My guess is no.

I don't see how Statue form is good for this character. Being slow is very bad for a blaster caster and you get nothing out of it except some AC.

I have extremely limited experience with Death's Door, I guess I used it in 2 games. Both games went like this: I cast DD, then it expired, and I died immediately without a chance to do anything. Maybe I'm missing something crucial.

I have a hard time to believe that those shortbows are competitive. Those are early game weapons, while Sniper is world class.

I don't recommend going to extended with a DD. The lack of natural healing is very annoying in torment-heavy areas. Especially in Tomb you will want to kill yourself to end the suffering.

The number one strategy mistake that most players make is that they don't use god powers often enough. I just checked your dump and it turns out that you used both Trog's hand and BiA a lot.

With a troll I use large rocks against hydras. Large rocks and wands.

Non-funny answer: there are some animal species in our world that are blind, and that won't stop them from reproducing. There are other ways of finding your mate, like sounds, smells, pheromones and whatnot.
