A really nice ranged weapon, solid skill, and the ability to cast Portal Projectile will go very far in saving your ass against torment/hellfire.

Blurry vision in .15 isn't as bad as it is in trunk, you're barely rotted, and your int is taking a pretty big hit, but your spells are still all at 1%. I'd press on, but I freakin' hate Tomb. Especially in trunk.
