The necklace of Bloodlust extends berserk a bit on 50% of kills. Other sources of evocable rage don't do anything special other than be evoked for rage (amulets of rage did used to have a chance to extend berserking but it was a tiny chance for a tiny extension).

Uh, encumbrance also doesn't exist in the current (5-month-old) stable version of Crawl. Nor does permanent corrosion. It might be worth getting a bit more up-to-date with what's changed in 0.15 and what is changing in 0.16.

Monster Evo skill is equal to HD (as long as they have intelligence >= I_NORMAL, otherwise it's zero), but they have an 100% success rate with jewellery evocation if they decide to try and do so. The skill is probably just used for elemental staff damage.

The stab bonus happens after every other damage modifier except for shadow form's 1/2 damage (edit: and the statue form, cleaving and weakness modifiers).

This is not a good idea, and conveniently also comes with no reasoning at all as to why it should be changed ("there is no player mechanic that does this" does not qualify for that, if it was supposed to). See the readme.

The 1000 there is divided by a bunch of things, so it won't end up negative unless the monster is faster than you (standard movement and action speed is 10).

It always draws from the Dungeon monster list (which still extends down to 27 for out-of-depth purposes). Depths monsters are a similar but separate list to Dungeon oods, including things like spriggans and liches and titans which you can't get from the rod of shadows.
