Re: Felid overhaul/removal

How about allowing Felids to wear hats and capes? If Octopedes can wear hats I don't see why Felids can't... I'd also like to see them be able to use wands and evokable rods.

I really like the idea of Felids as a race and don't want to see them removed... just edited to help be better?

Kobold Stalkers where my favorite start before Trunk removed them.

And Surprisingly I did very well with a Felid Warper if I played it like a stabber with early escape options via Blink and Teleport Other.

I'm also a big fan of Tengu and Draconian Monks.

WORST Race/Class combo?

So me and a friend have a particularly cruel game we play with each other where we suggest Race/Class combos to play and see how well they do. It's kind of surprising sometimes as some combos do better than you would expect, (Like a DDFE that made it to level 14 before he died to Saint Roka.) which ...

Scrolls of Immolation are GREAT offensive tools. That's 6 kills for one scroll, and a little bit of HP damage on myself.

Some of the negatives scrolls have uses at least. I've been known to use Scrolls of Torment and Scrolls of Immolation as offensive t...

I've amassed an army of abominations, except there's one big problem I have. None of the rune branches I've found so far are safe enough to do as a Mummy necromancer. Testing in wizard mode, yes, it seems to be the case. In spider form I'm getting a boost to my axes and armour, even though I'm not actually using them.

I would assume you still get the piety boost.

Do characters who die in Lich form leave a ghost? I had a Necromancy using Octopede who died while in lich form. If you're worshipping Zin and pick up the Orb and it ends up causing glow/contamination, does Zin get upset at you? Seems like Zin would be a very poor choice end game in that case.

It should also be noted that Elven leather has no spellcasting penelty. It's a godsend if you find one. My recent High Elf Skald went with a nice Elvan ring mail I had found.
