Caution and gratuitous use of blink is doing for me in the swamp. The main reason I wanted ignite poison was for Snake. The hive part was just a bonus. I got a sneak preview of what it'll be like in a killer bee vault.

One thing I'm uncertain about is whether a monster walking through a cloud takes damage from each step regardless of whether you see it, or if he just takes the one.
And don't worry about me, minmay. I can die equally well with a fast character.

Yeah, I did. Found a remove curse scroll at near starving, quickly went down to starving and in desperation tried to melee kill an iguana with woefully insufficient gear. At least one of us got a meal.
