Lost a lvl 7 unarmed troll after berserking and missing an adder 20 times in a row. What are the chances? Did berserk have any affect?

Trolls attack three times at once - one bite, two claws. So probably the 12hp attack was simply the last one that killed you. I only got one attack message. Shouldn't there be one for each? Plus it's not the first time I noticed the death blow not adding up. Is there a morgue file for webtiles? How...

How can I be killed by a troll that did 12 dmg when I had 21hp left? It's not right I tell ya! Grrrrrrrrrr!
