I've been in danger several time because of paralyze, before dying of it (among other thing), as well as one of my friend
What is the best way to preventing it now that stasis is gone ?
Stacking RM stuff ?

Or knowing each monster that can cast it and run :D ? (I feel that there are more than before)

I've just YASD by attacking Margery without any rF because i forgot to equip back my rF++ dagger after sublimation of blood

I'am suprise that you don't raise stealth. It doesn't cost much with the +5 aptitude, and it helps to survives.
It is a really nice addition to step from time as you have better chance monsters won't notice you after you came back

Sounds about right; if you were moving at 1/3 speed then that's around a 10-turn tornado which would be pretty good normally. You certainly shouldn't be relying on Tornado to fly over deep water. Did you get a chance to act after "The winds around you start to calm down."? The game prompt...

I'am not a Dev but i think you just cannot ask this
If you haven't specified any license agreement for your work, it is just part of Crawl release under (if i am not wrong) GPL2
So once it have been release, you can't do anything to prevent any GPL2 project to use them, including Crawl

For multiplayer, i think having action point and mouvement point is far easier. It let's you do several things each time you got to play, without letting you hit several time (which would be over powered)
But it is a major modification in gameplay from a standard rogue-like.
