I found no rElec as of now, and then, I intend to swtich to Gozag and do extended late, just to see how powerful can i become. Spoiler: Gozag is my favorite god in crawl. Storm dragon armor seems too light, especially as i had no problem with occasional electric eels.

In the end i picked gozag to buy some insane artifacts in shops,but died to a shaft that sent me from d11 to d14 and a horde of ugly things...got titled because i had access to like 50 different spells, including game-winning stuff.
