Yeah, you're on V:4 with ~60% of the floor cleared. I'd probably just leave and go do Depths. The tricky bit is that will require blowing tp (which isn't SUPER safe,) or haste (which is more valuable.) TP is decent, though.

Do the gold dragon scales/plate armor of MR increase your defenses? (AC + EV?) I suspect they do, but I'm always really bad at eyeballing these things. For future reference, you can typically just wait until a random teleport in a trapped room like that. Digging is a fine answer if you have charges, but in case you don't next time, you can just hit 5 a few times and teleport again.

They're already a tree. Lignification won't do anything. I don't know how cancellation affects your current HP, but there's some possibility where cancellation and then lignification again will eke out a couple more HP, but I don't think it will.
