It's almost never worth switching weapon types once you've invested into one, to the point where you probably shouldn't be equipping new weapons/wasting ID scrolls on weapon classes that aren't the one you've picked. Oh, sorry, I might have been unclear - enhancers are always useful if you're casting the spell that matches. But it takes 5 auts to switch weapons, so if you switch from casting spells to hitting things with a weapon, you should switch weapons. A pain branded weapon also scales with your necromancy ...

Hmm. According to your morgue, you didn't lose any mutations when you drank that potion. Regardless, with the recent mutation potion changes, the strategy is mostly "Will one of my mutations get me killed?" If so, quaff mutation, otherwise don't. So leave your muts as they lie.

Why not just require every amulet that has a strictly positive effect to "attune to a full HP character" before it does its main effect? Leave artifact necklaces alone, so you still get your stats and resists, but you don't get the reflection piece or the regen piece until you hit max HP?

Seems like this just makes Formacid less cool (well, and ogres worse,) for little reason. Small race weapon restrictions are already weird in an unintuitive way, I don't like adding more of that.
