I like the proposed degeneration tweak. Lignification already is useful occasionally. Trolls quaff it when they engage hydrae. So I wouldn't change that.

The wand of flame is still in the game. Maybe it can be bumped up so that it can be used to ignite trees? Possibly with an evocations threshold, say 8 evo or so.

From what I understand, butchering a corpse to whatever number of chunks was shortened to just 1 turn some versions ago. So the first wiki-entry is outdated, and the second has it right. This is apparently not the reason that has caused this death, in version 20.1.

On a related note, if 99% of the time, any given character who could wear robes should ditch folly, then folly needs to be reworked (two pips of negative MR is obviously far too much) or removed. One other consideration: Archmagi may serve as 50% INT only from the perspective of spellpower. Maybe the spell hunger doesn't matter to you, because you have plenty of food bey...

You desperately need more INT. Your spellpower is lacking somewhat, and if you want to survive the other post-endgame places, you need to ramp that up. My rule of thumb is not to use any level-9 spells without at least 30 INT.
