Actual field report - greatsword of protection has been very helpful on my EE, it just randomly kills chaff (and boosts ac by 7!) while I dump my mana on the bigger threats.

A yiufcrawl player asked me to allow bearkins to wield scythes one handed. People are actually trying to wield these things because they look like real items. :( The scythe in question was branded and everything!

What if scales weren't hardcoded - the current effects they have treated as an ego. Steam scales would be Light Scales with the steam ego, and deep trolls could drop Light Scales with the regen ego.

Potions of mutation now give the curemut effect, followed by mut, followed by benemut.

Perhaps they need ti come up when a player searches for cure mutation.

Things that are "LOS range" remain LOS range, and thus go up.

To my knowledge, there isn't anything that's explicitly range 7 and would not go up to 8 on a Ba, but there are plenty of things I don't know.
