Why can't I rebind the 'c' key?

I added "bindkey = [c] CMD_EVOKE" to my RC file, but when I press it, it just says "OK, then."

I have evocable wands in my inventory and "Butcher" has been moved to "V" so that shouldn't interfere.

Anyone know what might be causing this issue?

I was really hoping someone might be able to help me with the dark health/mana bar bug. The game looks so good with the filter turned on but having the healthbar basically disappear ruins it. Is there a way to use the Alt key as a keybind modifier

I much prefer using Alt over Ctrl. Is there a way I can set up keybinds and macros using Alt as a modifier?

If not, could it be considered as a future feature? With the amount of abilities and spells available it would be a massive boost to the UI's functionality.
