Replace all permafood with pizza. Definitely. Even gets around the veggie problem, as the standard pizza is cheese, but some portion of them have sausage/pepperoni on them. When a Spriggan goes up to a pizza, they pick of the pieces of meat and get fewer rations because of it. DAMN it, I miss pizza.
