I'd probably wear the MR one to avoid getting teleported into the rune vault on Snake:4. It won't make a big difference though, because your MR is still pretty bad.

The thing is a consistent system is more efficient than an inconsistent one. Having a targeter that always points to the same spot is better than a targeter that always targets the same spots except in some edge cases where it targets somewhere else.

I was slowed but I had also drunk a potion of haste, which was still active after the slow status expired so that's not it either, and Erolcha wasn't hasted.
