I have when playing Webtiles using Firefox. Never at any other time.

I'd also much prefer this to be optional. I probably chat too much and people tend to chat a lot in my games. Which is nice and sociable and doesn't bother me when I'm playing at all but, personally, I wouldn't want it all saved and cluttering up the useful information in the game notes.

I may be wrong (been a while since I played offline much) but I think there is a bones file for each level, so if you've had multiple deaths on a level then the file will contain multiple ghosts, although I believe there are limits on the number that can appear on early floors at any one time.

It does in 0.9. My 0.8 FeTm used it to get most of the loot out of the Slime Pits once Jiyva removed the walls. But it only affects things in view, right? Thanks! EE and Ash is just a ridiculous combo. You don't even need the active scrying ability, the passive detection is enough. Well, if you're teleporting then you can aim yourself into an unreachable area or off the map, which seems to result in a random teleport. I don't think there's a way to do it using blink though and the glow is still a problem, I guess.

Yes, I've save-scummed a few times, although not for a while now. When I started playing I used it sometimes to cheat at mutation roulette. Then I got this really good sludge elf transmuter. IIRC that was my first character to get a rune. I used save-scumming after that to get to the end of the game...

I have a soft spot for that one due to the frog skeleton my first DDNe raised that killed Sigmund for me. This was really early in my Crawl playing and one of the first times I'd managed to kill that guy. That frog got me revenge for a lot of dead characters. :twisted:
