In my experience, Max Quaz can kill anything in zig1 with cataclysm spam. Problem is mummy curses, which are lethal.

Hunter gives you a primary ranged damage source.

Conjurations magic (throw flame) gives you a different primary ranged damage source.

Don't spend xp for ranged damage magic as a hunter.

A character with a source of invisibility, the silence spell, and the ability to deal moderate physical damage kills everything in elf.

With just invisibility a character can comfortably raid the hall of blades.

Vine stalkers are pretty far away from glass cannons. Magic shield and byte is good. Full armor slots is really nice.

Also, you haven't won yet. Falling asleep on tab has killed many a strong character.

That armor is not good. At *slow and only +1, it isn't strong enough to merit planning for a swap to jivya, your 7 base int is trash as a berserker and jivya will not improve it. *Slow can be really bad when it procs. Use enchant a generic dragon scale armor over that, or a decent scale/chain/plate....

Antimagic Bardiche is a fine weapon, but the Scythe lets you play as the merfolkian Grim Reaper.

+1000 votes for the scythe. Its super fun and is strong enough to win the game.

You can still carry the Bardiche for OoFs if you want.

Wyrmbane is the best. The +5 demon trident is a perfectly fine weapon to finish the game with, but you have wyrmbane, which will ultimately be better and more fun. Ocotpus King is a replaceable novelty weapon that has a good mid game but falls off unless you collect a ton of rings as a pode.
