I don't think drinking benemut is a good idea most of the time. The best case is not that good, you have a chance of getting a not-so-beneficial mutation (evolution, wild magic, body slot muts), and it makes any bad mutations you get later harder to remove.

Petrification is a possible hell effect in Dis, as an earth magic miscast, so that was probably it. The only other thing I can think of is a necromutation miscast, though it doesn't look like you cast that recently.

Just a small request. I only recently learned, while reading the learndb, that constriction reduces the EV of the target. Perhaps this could be made more obvious by displaying the reduced EV value when the player is constricted? I believe this is already the case when the player is caught in a web.
