Monsters grabbing items is problematic in a LOT of ways. You will have a very hard time finding a way to preserve the tactical depth without causing issues.

Worship Jiyva 4 out of 5 games now. This has the bonus of making the midgame shorter.

we can see that UC eventually becomes stronger than +9 weapons, which clearly indicates that the damage is the reason why UC is appealing in the first place. The spell that costs half the amount of XP and also hits an area several times bigger and also allows you to bust through walls and ninja branch ends.

What information do you need? Sure Blade gives a significant accuracy boost, and accuracy is helpful. It is pretty straightforward. The only problem with Sure Blade is that it doesn't work while you are wielding a useful weapon.
