Considering what a lich is, I don't think it would make much sense as an Yred gift, undead though it may be. Revenants and champions are good ideas, though. Maybe a lost soul summon could be a tension-and-piety-based thing?

I don't see very many situations in which trample would even be all that useful unless it'd be possible to trample enemies into deep water/lava (said enemies would, of course, not be able to survive in the liquids).
