Nope. it is a fully functional up stair back to the down stair that leads into the temple.

At any point, should temple have two (or more) exits?

Ran into a temple with two exits in 0.19-a0-926-g4486784 windows tiles. Should this happen?

I will look into that. It may be that messing with this option will cause a reaction, thanks.

Friend of mine was playing and lost the spell list back into the stack at the bottom right corner (gui) nothing he does will bring it back up out of that list. It does not appear to be related to the window sizing. It does not display again when DCSS is wiped from the system and re-installed. He doe...

Thanks BlackSheep! Definitely worked, I just have to learn how to see and recognize this type of error in the future, especially if it has a common temporary workaround.
