It really depends on what you mean here, Kraang is the name of the Utrom species in the 2012 version of TMNT, but you're describing Krang, the disembodied warlord from Dimension X. Switch to Hepl and choose the Robot Legs ancestor to start with!

I highly recommend Portal Projectile for extended when you have a holy launcher. Trivializes much of the danger.
