That's more than enough slaying to make the quick blade the best weapon this character is going to get.

With only 10 slaying, a +9 eudemon blade only slightly outshines an unbranded +9 quick blade against a hell sentinel (25 AC). It is the difference between 12.8 vs. 12.1 AED.

Yeah, especially with that ring, I would have gone ice dragon armor. Rather than saving up gold and blowing all of it on a randart that has a pretty good chance of sucking badly. And I say this as a player who often gambles on antique randarts even when it probably isn't a good idea.
