The thing about ghosts though is that if you remove the traceable connection to other players and let them behave like monsters then they're effectively just random uniques with no attempt to balance their powers and with extra grief potential. I'm not sure what you mean by arbitrary consistency, Trog is the only god that has "god spells" that aren't based on invocations aside from Ru and Pak(sort of). Trogs exception is whats arbitrary.
