Re: Remove Butchering, Just Drop Chunks

Completely agree. Playing troll is so boring because I have to chop up a corpse every 5 seconds or he's starving again. It'd be much easier if the chunks simply showed up in my inventory after auto-traveling. [Of course, it's preferable to remove food altogether; but since some kind of clock is desi...

Banshees are hysterical creatures known for their horrifying wails, and uncontrollable spellcasting. They have the power to infuse wands, which they prefer to use while training their unreliable magic. what's stopping a player from constantly consuming chunks and cranking out 10+ swines? Regardless, sitting at hunger all the time and micromanaging that by intentionally casting spells to be hungry at the right level after eating would be tedious. You lose piety if you eat flesh chunks. There's no ...

Re: God: Ishmael the Starved

I like the idea of a new god joining the good god pantheon. You can instantly die if you run out of food, and this god encourages you to spend as much of the game as possible as hungry as possible. This mechanic will result in many players accidentally starving to death. Is that a deliberate decisi...

Before his ascension into the pantheon of Gods, Ishmael was a farmer who would share his crops with hungry people in his village. He lived a life of poverty, eating only when his survival required it. Through this humble lifestyle, he was able to feed many mouths that'd otherwise starve or resort to...

Imagine a separate mode where the game is 10 levels long. D1-9, entrance to the Lair is on D9 in this mode every time. The Lair is one level, though the level is set-up like Lair:6. Inside The Lair is the Orb of Beasts, which the player must grab and escape the dungeon with. Not only would this mode...
