I'm finishing up Zot 4 fairly easily right now. Now that I have portal projectile and some shadow dragon scales I'm thinking of just going for 5 runes. Just finished slime. Did the shadowform, 3X torment, 1 immolation trick. That made the royal jelly super easy. Will definitely be remembering that trick in the future.

Also, slime vault had portal projectile, so there's that.

Nope, just a lamp of fire, 6 box of beasts, 5 phantom mirrors, and phial of floods.

I think trying slime would be safe, I should be able to escape easily if things go wrong. I have some acid dragon scales, and rcorr rings. Will have to figure out how to deal with malmutators.

Okawaru used to get mad if a reflected shot hit an ally. Not sure if that is still the case.

Enchanting armour doesn't make it any easier to cast spells.

I just meant that it's easier to cast spells in regular plate armor than crystal plate armor.

I've gotten the early game down, it just took some getting used to. Only gotten to lair 3 though, where I died to Rupert.

Is there any way to update my version of the game, or do I have to delete mine and download the new one?

Does it say something like 'Vehumet has given you a gift' like with Okawaru?

Edit: I downloaded the game over a year ago, if that could something to do with it.

I'm a bit confused on how Vehumet's gifts work. The wiki says you get it at *, but I got to **** without getting one. That or I just can't find it or something.
