I must admit I am little bit surprised by this reduction of base damage. Apart from stabbing, short blades were usually rubish, and this change nerfs early game short blades (when sometimes you use them) in the name of an end game character who for some strange reason trained short blades to 15? I have never won another game, sorry for bad performance. I did have some painful deaths, once in Abyss with two runes while going for the Lord of Darkness 3 banner (and I almost got the third).

You can get strong melee with that dagger + Necro, but the problem is that those monsters that are impossible to hex are usually immune to pain, too. It is convenient to have good melee, though. I noticed that in trunk there is detailed damage info for weapons in the weapon description. This is really good, thank you very much! No more fsim nonsense.

But I can not find the same damage for unarmed (and for unarmed forms). How can I see it? Is it available?

Banishment needs LOF, so if you place the prism on the path between you and the creature that has banishment, she can not banish you. The prism gives you cover. You can also hide behind summons.

I was not aware that unique hunting is your thing, otherwise I surely would have created some chars to hunt down Ignacio and Dissolution. Next time I will focus on this category more! I would keep it and perhaps distort a whip (or demon whip if available). Antimagic is very good if you do not cast, and you may not want to blink ancient liches.
