Sorry about the outage.

This is purely a network thing and I'll be working on fixing it.

I was trying to do some quick maintenance which should have involved about 10 minutes of downtime while most people are at work and this is what I get.

Update: I have now ordered a new server. The server setup will take 1-5 business days and as soon as it is up I will deploy crawl on it with the old log files and everything.

Edit: the new server will be located in Amsterdam.

CUE will be down until I've migrated data to a new host (current host is not behaving nicely in regards to helping out with the recovery, so I need a new one). Hey, sorry about this. I'll be getting a topic pinned here now about this.

Long story short: disk problems and a host that is being annoying in regards to replacing them. I'm working right now to take care of the stored data on the server as well as getting a new host.

This issue isn't CLAN-exclusive (and may/may not touch some of the other servers as well).

Status update: Aleksi is still loaded with real-life stuff - hopefully it gets lighter on Thursday, giving him a bit of time to fix things and and them over to me. Edit: at least the other servers get some traffic and hopefully it'll be slightly more spread after this. Smoother and better experience...

I think that being able to PM a server admin would be a nice feature for those who are not on IRC.

I've already set my occupation to "Maintaining CLAN" for this purpose.

I would like to suggest that server admins get a separate group here on the forums. This can be practical if people wish to PM us pleads for help when their saves are stuck or similar.

Some recognition is always nice as well.

Any thoughts?
