* damage from fighting skill,
* weapon bonus (+N weapon), (and slaying more generally)
* extra damage from a potion of might

will all get multiplied. I am a little less confident about brands, but I think those do too.

Stabs hit hard.

The bug isn't in the code, it's in the idea. AC is subtractive, and EV's effectiveness depends on the monster's accuracy. Probably the best advice is to not do extended in 0.16.

I don't know the stats on these, Cheibriados doesn't have them yet. Looking at the commit it seems like they are very high speed and batty with icicle, which (especially in Cocytus, not noted for lots of corridors) seems pretty grim.
