Somewhere between completely and very if you use auto-skilling. Experienced players don't use auto-skilling because it does some suboptimal things but few of the decisions made by the auto-skill algorithm are terrible.

The most important thing when speedrunning is to avoid 'o' and '5'. It looks like it's a bug interaction with auto-eat. You started resting and normally crawl would stop resting when an invis monster hit you. However here, the resting caused auto-eat to trigger and so you started eating and died from that.

Troll Warper is good because trolls are good and the spells in the warper book don't really care about spell power. It's probably a little less good that it used to be only because throwing large rocks is better since they penetrate things but smite targeted large rocks are unbelievably strong.
