I'd say go for these two.
And you could also ban chunk eating for non-carnivorous races, to make that removal penalty really matter.

Yes, I really liked the fencing proposal for long blades. Being able to walk aroud enemy and simultaneously attack would definitely change your tactics, opening a whole new field of combat manoeuvring.

Also, race with bad UC aptitude but larger bonuses could be more interesting than any race simply good at UC, so I'd keep it.
The Faith mutation should be a normaly acquirable (bad) mutation!!!
