Press "t" or "T" instead to transfer your save-game to a new version of crawl. Maybe there is an keyboard layout issue in play.

A Problem are the phpbb addons and the local changes to code and theme. Adding more themes means adjusting each theme to our adjustments. Well, the data is saved in a mysql database. I'm not sure about sharing usernames, email addresses, passwords and permission level with "the outside"..

Which "Crawl Wiki"? The local Wiki (https://crawl.develz.org/wiki/doku.php?id=start) is linked, which means it uses the same user database for login.

At the very bottom there is probably a line saying

This means there is more text than the message window could (or wants to) show at once and that, when you press any key like space or enter/return, it will show the other messages and continue.

Curio, what version of Windows are you running? I believe the problem is that one of the sub-folder has the hidden attribute set and Window's search doesn't search in those.

According to this blog post it's in the current unstable build for MacOSX (0.8.0-a0-4390-gc2f102f), too. The "settings" folder and its files were installed with the game - no clue of the location on your disk, though.

Weird, galehar, neither the mingw32 builds nor the native builds for CDO - built on CDO - need to enable that option manually. Either you are missing something or the portion responsible for natively building in Windows needs adjustment then, I'd say.

For the record:

This "Real Name" is used nowhere throughout the system (mantis/dokuwiki/phpbb3). It's an completely optional & cosmetic setting, which can only be seen by the administrators.

Same goes for the email addresses given.

Administrators are: evktalo, jpeg, dpeg & me.

I enabled utf8_general_ci as valid charset for username & realname.

I set your real name for testing purposes, Dawid - you may want to change that back.
