Fair enough, I pretty much just hasted up, popped a pot of resistance, and chugged two magic pots + some SoB and spammed LCS and he died. yay

Problem solved, swapped my sust ring for rF+ ring, chugged my last cure mut pot, and headed into pandemonium. Currently in a zig so hopefully I get something good!

WOW. 5 ettins with branded spiked clubs. Chaos, distortion (no holy wrath), etc. The works p much. I got berserked and luckily I had already haste/swiftnessed myself, so when I was exhausted I wasn't totally screwed. Frost clouded the ettins and spammed my heal rod on myself till they were dead........

Crawl is messing with me. That's the second time it's teleported me away from the rune area (after dropping me into the Abyss right next to it).

Good news everyone! A cacodemon just gave me a clarity mutation.

Just took an unexpected detour to the Abyss, and was right about to get the rune when I got teleported away. Very frustrating and still no exits

I just like giving my characters ridiculous names. My 15 rune NaTm was named Pontoon Lips and my 4 rune MiGl was called BLOOD ON THE SAND.

Still alive but forgot to post the dump before I left for work. Had an ordeal on d12/3 with an invisible enemy that I couldn't kill/see. Successfully kited a hill giant for about 50 turns around a cleared level and got a huge chunk of xp. Yay!

Found a book of necro and a book of fire, woohoo! Still can't cast lightning bolt reliably (10%).

Slowest start of any character ever. Carefully trudging (swiftnessing?) through the halls praying I don't get gibbed by anything too big til I get lightning bolt. My early wand of disintegration, flaming whip (thanks Pikel!), and a nice armor mutation is getting me through some of the tougher stuff....

Necromut/blade hands depending on what you need for absolute god mode w/ hilariously ridiculous defense numbers (easily reaches between 60-70 AC depending on gear luck and 60 SH) at endgame. Pick Chei, Nemelex, or Kiku first if you can't find a Necronomicon.

Just found a Triple Sword with holy brand on it. I think I'm going to train up long blades in Crypt and Abyss and wherever else as a backup weapon when I run out of arrows or as an option against weaker enemies.

Final update for the night, picked up Jivya and ofc found the rMut amulet in Slime Pit:6. Doesn't matter I guess. Picked up some nice mutations and stuff but worried I will eventually run out of arrows. Currently searching for the Abyss rune and then will decide whether or not to go for extended. C:...

Update, cleared V8 and down to D27 with no real issues. Still no Resist Mutation but I have everything else that I need bar the -tele on my hat. ugh :< Chugged one of my two Cure Mutation pots to get rid of the -10% hp I got from an Abyss trip. Slime was a fail, not to mention I'm just throwing away...
