ran into the same issue.

I had installed 14.2 and i worked fine. I removed it when i installed 15.2. I now see 15.2 dont work with the broken packages.
I tried to reinstall 14.2 and got the same broken packages error.

it'll "mess with your evasions" even if your armour skill is infinity plus five.

let me preface by saying I have only played ranged attack characters. I try to go around corners with the maximum distance between me and what ever is around the corner, giving me the most time to pink at it, buff up and or run away.
