I actually already have rElec and killed Nicola shortly after getting it. I also just learned that in -Tele areas blink from armour with cTele from ring just becomes a random blink, so the artifact armour sounds like less of an ideal combo now.

I am aiming for a 3-rune first win. I don't have any sources of rF+ at the moment.
