Oh yeah, I totally forgot about those. I had so many consumables left, it felt like I couldn't use them all if I wanted. But as I've read, the devs are already up to balancing this out. Anyway, will try to remember that.

My second win, 2 more runes this time. I wanted to see how many more runes I could grab but got pretty bad mutations while clearing zot:5. My only source of rF was my amulet so I couldn't really swap for rMut when fighting orbs of fire. Still, feels pretty good to have ascended with more than 3 rune...

Yesterday I finally beat the game for the first time. This was also my first time to ever grab a rune, so I went into everything after D19 or so rather blindly. I'm still surprised how well that worked out. I guess I got lucky with a few things (found a manual of fighting and a manual of armour :D )...
