In 0.11.2, fire resistance and vulnerability have nothing to do with hellfire, so outside of Gehenna it's pretty unimportant. This could be different in 0.12 but I doubt it.

It's basically a given that hard breakpoints are a bad thing. That is the problem with the current min delay system. The breakpoints for spells are okay because they're relatively soft and vary according to the character.

I'm pretty sure mutation roulette is always a bad decision. If you hadn't had so many mutations piled up, when you got bad ones your cMut would have been able to cure you.
