Isn't they supposed to be weaker versions of original monster? No way. Simulacra are glass cannon versions of the normal monsters. I always keep swiftness up if I have it. The traps are relevant I guess, but being fast all the time is worth it. It is a potion of brilliance, not a potion of curing or an amulet of clarity. It would be weird for brilliance to do this too.

That said, I find I never drink my brilliance potions. So maybe they are a bit underpowered? I definitely use might and agility though ...

I agree that show_inventory_weights should probably default to true. Why would a player explicitly choose to turn them off? They just hate having a tiny little bit of text with useful information in a usually empty part of the inventory screen?

I can't really swap for channeling. Sublimation works but without the necro investment it drains HP pretty fast. If I had access to summon butterflies I would have learned it immediately.
