I agree, C is probably your best option here. You can switch to the scimitar quickly if you are in need of the stats it provides, but for general crawling the ac/int/sinv is all useful

I just picked up the jewelry for the dump, I don't carry it around with me. I'm killing people mostly through the use of kiting them to walls and blowing up the wall or just za + tab if there aren't a lot of them / they aren't challenging enemies.

I've been fairly short on ID scrolls, so I've been trying to save them for potions / artefacts and the like. Also haven't come across Iron Shot yet which is why my conjurations is sitting at a whopping 2.7

I agree with mageykun. You want to get your weapon to minimum delay, then work on other things (fighting/armor/dodging/traps and doors) and you can always go back once those are at a more comfortable level.
