Sadly, it won't. I lost a character to expiring flight over deep water despite having these options active.

well, it appears that they indeed do, except for blademasters and master archers. Still, disabling those two groups is good enough.

Well, suggested Chei ability only allowed movement. With Time Stop you get to do more, like spellcasting or even attacking.
