Re: Mix up might, agility and brilliance in a single potion

Mixing might and agility definitely makes sense, but I think that brilliance would still be as useless as it is now if part of a mixed potion like that. A better candidate for mixing brilliance would be magic, and slap a +wiz effect on it. This would create a tactical choice by forcing spellcasters ...

Replace permafood with a single generic food item

Now that all food takes the same amount of time to eat, is there any compelling reason to still have 4 types of permafood? Making food generic would make inventory management slightly easier, so the player could lose two or three slots to counteract this. The nutrition value of a hypothetical food i...

Last time I checked, melee weapons required spending xp in skills to use effectively, just like ranged weapons. I think that beckoning definitely gave me an edge on EXP in this game. 6 or 7 levels of translocations is a smaller investment than would be needed to get a passable ranged attack online....

I think you should try a Deep Elf Fire Elementalist. Or any deep elf, really. Dithmengos, Sif Muna and Vehumet are all good god choices. They require a lot more caution than Minotaurs, so it should be a challenge.
