It sounds pretty similar. Drop all scrolls before read-IDing vs unwield weapon before read-IDing. No real effect on the game either way except to be annoying.

I did like the idea of cutting Haste with one of the less common spell schools. This would be a good way to force more XP investment as well as dilute the tendency for so many characters to load up on Charms.

Yeah, Nagas of Chei and hasted Spriggans have about the same chance to sneak up to a monster. It's kind of weird, but making faster things automatically sneakier would be worse.

Based on no evidence, I would guess that HP gains are 1 HP => 1 EP, and MP gains are 1 MP => 2 HP, just like the costs are. Bear in mind that this is based on no evidence.

Yeah, I would totally like to see scythes attack 20 tiles at once. For the amount of weapons skill you need to get scythes to min delay, you could be using either a bardiche or an executioner's axe.

The wiki says that "Full" starts at 7001 nutrition. What if the Ghoul cap were moved from 6999 to 7001? It would make almost no difference except you'd get a "Hey, I just maxed my food" message, the way engorged is for most races.
